Privacy Policy

If you submit the quote form: your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number and town — plus the four answers that let us price the job (business type, screen count, whether you want it done for you, and whether your menu changes by time or day) and anything you type in the message box.

If you do not submit the form, we collect nothing from you. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no third-party analytics script, no session recording, and no cross-site tracking. We do not set cookies for marketing.

To reply to you with a price, and to do the work if you buy. That is the entire purpose. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not entered into a drip sequence, and not used to profile you.

Service providers who necessarily handle data as part of running the business — our web host, our email provider, and our payment processor if you become a customer — see only what they need to perform that function. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for any other purpose, and we never will.

The items, prices and schedules on your board belong to you. Nothing automated on our side writes to them, and we do not publish, edit or delete your content without you asking.

Your boards do not collect anything about the people standing in front of them. There is no camera, no face detection, no footfall counting, and no audience measurement in this product. A board renders a menu; that is all it does.

Quote enquiries that do not become customers are kept for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation you left. Customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Email hello@resteasyboards.com and ask. You do not need to cite a regulation and you do not need to explain why. We will send you what we hold, or delete it, within thirty days — except anything we are legally required to retain, which we will name specifically rather than gesture at.

Data is held on hosted infrastructure with access limited to the operator. We do not hold your card details at any point — payments are processed by a payment provider and the card number never reaches our systems.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects existing customers, we will email them rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
