Year one covers the board design, the players and the install — the things you only buy once. After that you pay for the licence and the service, and nothing else. The first thirty days are a trial that starts at go-live, and there is no contract.
Board design

once, per account — not per screen
We take whatever you have — a photograph of the wall, a PDF, a printed sheet — and turn it into a board: every item, every price, every section, laid out and sized to be read from ten feet. You see it and tell us what is wrong before any hardware ships.
Per account because the product is one board shown on however many screens you own. A five-screen shop is still buying one design.
Deploy and go-live
$149 / screen
includes the player — it is not a separate line
A small computer per screen, flashed and hardened before it leaves, set to boot straight to your board with no login and no desktop. Then the drive, the mounting, the cable run, and sitting down with you to set the day and time rules so they are right before we go.
For context: signage installation alone typically runs $250 to $750 a screen in this market, and that figure does not include hardware.

What happens when we turn up

We look at the wall
Where the screen goes, where the power is, how far away the customer stands. That last one changes the layout, so we want to see it.
- 02
Screens up, players in
Mounted, cabled, and tucked behind the screen. Nothing visible except the board.
- 03
We set the schedule with you
Breakfast off at eleven. The Tuesday special. The evening list. We do it sitting next to you so you have seen it done once.
- 04
You change something before we leave
On your own phone, while we are still there. If you cannot do it with us in the room, the training did not work.
Where we install
On-site work covers Monroe County, New York: Rochester, Brighton, Henrietta, Greece, Irondequoit, Webster, Pittsford, Gates, Chili and Penfield, plus the rest of the county.
Outside it, we are not going to pretend the drive is free. Starter is the honest tier — you get the board designed and the software, and you put the screen up yourself. If you are just over the county line, ask; sometimes the answer is yes.

Before you commit to an install date or pay anything. If you do not like the board, there is nothing to cancel.
