Optional, and it stays optional
You can always change the board yourself. Menu Care is for when you would rather not.
Text us the change. We make it. It is on the screen within two business days, usually the same day. Nobody in your building has to open an editor.
Menu Care
$89 / month
flat per account — any number of screens
Send us five changes a month and we make them for you, within two business days. A one-off rush change costs more than a change under this plan, and the plan is flat per account.
Menu Care Unlimited
$199 / month
flat per account — any number of screens
Every change, no counting. For kitchens where the specials move daily and nobody has time to type them.
Promo Graphics
$99 / month
flat per account — any number of screens
A designed promo panel each month — the seasonal drink, the Tuesday deal, the new service — drawn to match your board.
Rush change
$45
You need it changed today, and you are not on Menu Care. One invoice, no plan.
Seasonal Refresh
$149
A full re-lay of the board for a new season or a new menu print. Included quarterly on Signature.
The arithmetic, since it is checkable
5 changes at $89 works out to about $18 each
A one-off rush change is $45. That is the whole case for the plan, and it is arithmetic from our own price list rather than a claim about value.
Menu changes handled for you
- With us, flat per account
- $89 / mo
- Typical per-screen managed service1
- $180 – $900 / mo
At 3 screens that is about $30 a screen for us. Add another and ours does not move — theirs does. That gap is the whole argument, and it is the one comparison on this site we win outright.
For reference, the licence itself at 3 screens on Pro is $1,516 in year one and $720 a year after.
1Category range for managed digital-signage content services, $20–$100 per screen per month depending on change volume and response time. No vendor is named here on purpose; the named, checkable comparisons are on the comparison pages. Checked 2026-07-29.
What counts as a change?
- A price going up or down, on one item or twenty at once.
- An item coming off because you stopped making it, or going on because you started.
- A whole section swapped for a season — the summer list for the winter one.
- A schedule change: breakfast now runs to 11:30, the Tuesday special moves to Wednesday.
- Rewording a description that was not reading right from across the room.
What it is not
It is not a lock on your own board. You keep full access the whole time and you can make any change yourself, at any hour, from your phone. Menu Care exists because at four o’clock on a Friday you do not want to be typing — not because we took the keys away.
It is also not required. Most people start without it and add it at the thirty-day check-in, once they know how often their menu actually moves.
Add it later, or never
Menu Care is month to month and separate from your licence. Start it, stop it, skip it entirely — the board works the same either way.
